On April 21, 2018, the Faculty of Physics, Mathematics and Informatics hosted the first stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Programming Olympiad, which is also a qualifying Olympiad for the ACM-ACPC. team of the communal higher educational institution "Uman Humanitarian and Pedagogical College named after Т.Г.Шевченка; the team of the Separate structural subdivision of Talniv College of Civil Engineering and Economics of Uman National University of Horticulture and the team of our college, which was represented by fourth-year students Tsyupko Maxim and Tsyaputa Oleg, third-year student Korotash Alexander and second-year student Bulakh Arina. The leader and mentor of the team was the teacher Ivashchuk VG OUR TEAM – the team "Shaman" of the Separate structural subdivision Agrotechnical College of Uman National University of Horticulture became the winners in the difficult and intense struggle on the Uman platform.
