Poetry Day
The next, March meeting of connoisseurs of poetic words at the Agricultural College of Uman NUS was held with the participation of well-known in Ukraine and Europe poet, winner of three literary prizes, member of the National Union of Writers of Ukraine Petro Polishchuk Petro Mykolayovych.
Chairman of the cycle commission of general disciplines Kuzhel RV gave a brief description of the author of poetry collections, as a sound master of the classical form of the sonnet, poetic sonnet, sonnet wreaths. In the classical poetic forms sound, sparkling and accessible newly created by the poet words-series, nominative and nominal sentences, common definitions, syntactic repetitions. The artistic design of the works, which was made personally by the author of the publications, is emphasized.
Teacher Terezyuk NF informed about the World Poetry Day, which is held in accordance with the decision of the international organization UNESCO, about the poetic traditions of our colleagues. She told about nine collections of poetry published by teachers and students in recent years.
The author presented his new seventeenth book – "Wreaths of Sonnets", which was recently published by order of the Department of Culture and Public Relations of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration. Our guest answered numerous questions from students and teachers.
